Pool Area

• The stunning 30 ft x 15 ft private pool and spa area is south west facing and backs onto a beautiful woodland conservation area. It is fully screened by 6 foot hedging on both sides.
• The covered lanai is equipped with four deep cushioned sun loungers and four chairs and a table suitable for al fresco dining.
• The area can be alarmed, and a fence is available to keep children safely away from the poolside.
• The pool can be heated if required.

Lounge and Dining Area

• The lounge has a large TV. A selection of books and games are available for use by guests.
• It is beautifully furnished including a sofa bed sleeping two.
• It is open plan with the dining room and kitchen and is very spacious with high ceilings.

Kitchen

• The kitchen has a full size cooker with ceramic top, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc.
• There is seating in the nook and breakfast bar for 9 people.
• A separate utility room holds the washer and dryer.

Games Room

• For guests' entertainment we have a games room with:
  • pool table.
  • table football.
  • table tennis.

Master Bedroom

• The master bedroom has a king size bed (super-king UK).
• There is a TV and walk in closet.

En Suite to Master

• Master bedroom en-suite bathroom and shower.
• With separate toilet and twin wash basins and garden tub (corner bath).
• All bathrooms have hair dryers.

Second Master

• The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed (UK King size)
• En-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
• There is a TV and a large closet.

Bedroom 3

• The third bedroom has twin beds (two single beds UK), large closet and TV.

Bedroom 4

• The fourth bedroom has twin beds (two single beds UK), large closet and TV.
• The third and fourth bedroom share the 3rd bathroom.
