What a lovely ten day stay in this villa. Such a great location and a beautiful resort to stay on. Great convenience Shop and community pool right on your doorstep.The villa is so spacious and the pool was a perfect size for my two kids to play in. Visited the villa in Oct 23 for a two weeks stay and found the property and associated facilities to be first class. We have visited Orlando and stayed in multiple villas over the last 10+ years and found this villa to be one of the very best we have stayed in. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more to facilitate our stay. We particularly enjoyed the outside area with the pool and spa which was a welcome treat after long days spent at Disney and Universal. Location wise the villa is situated extremely close to Disney and local restaurants and shops on the 192 which was ideal for us. Being in a gated community we felt very safe and secure at all times. Rex and June the owners were excellent to deal with and very helpful and accommodating right from the initial inquiry through to the stay itself. We hope to return in the coming years and will definitely be checking to see if the villa is available again as it played a key part in making our holiday so enjoyable so huge thanks from us all.

This villa is a home from home and has everything to make your holiday a truly special one. The accommodation is spacious, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and an amazing pool and outside area to relax. The location is perfect for the parks but also for eating out as very close to the 192 and its array of restaurants. The outlets and shopping malls are also easily accessed from here too. All in all my family and I had a fantastic time here, in fact the best located villa we have ever stayed in Orlando! We really hope to come back one day!

The villa was absolutely amazing, stunning pool, plenty of space for luggage / clothes and the comfiest beds! Brilliant location for absolutely everything you need, Walmart and target + other shops only a 5 minute drive from the villa. Would 100% stay again :)

Just back from another fantastic week in this beautiful villa. This was our third time at this villa and we would not hesitate to stay again and can happily recommend it. The location is perfect and the villa itself is in excellent condition with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The big pool and spa are great fun and with an uninterrupted view of the nature reserve so the villa is not overlooked at all, it is so peaceful and relaxing. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and we hope to be back in touch to arrange a fourth trip to your lovely villa. 5 stars
